What do you do when you want to surf, but the waves are flat?  Invent a new sport of course!  Many don't know the story, but skateboarding was invented, and popularized, in Los Angeles by a small group of surfers known as the Z-boys who took to the pavement when the surf was bad.  Initially, they stuck to Santa Monica and Venice.  Later they skated backyard pools, and held contests.  Boom!  Things blew up and now we have a sport enjoyed by millions worldwide.  Thank you LA for providing the optimal blend of epic surf culture with urban demand that gave us this gift!  The CA bear can't help but skate his way around Los Angeles.  It's a given.  Enjoy this fun design on a Long Sleeve today.
